In June 2015, the restructuring process of the North Caspian Project operating model was completed by merging NCOC B.V. and NCPOC into North Caspian Operating Company N.V. As a result of the reorganization, NCOC N.V. became the universal legal successor of NCOC B.V. and NCPOC, assuming the responsibilities of the Project Operator under the North Caspian Production Sharing Agreement.

Personnel accounting processes have been automated: automation of enterprise organizational structure management and HR records management has been ensured, along with the storage and analysis of personal employee information. HR processes cover almost all required operations: hiring, termination, staff transfers, leave and business trip processing, employee incentives, disciplinary actions, and others.

Analysis tools and analytical reporting packages allow working with both current data and personal information archives.

A full cycle of payroll calculation tasks has been implemented in accordance with the accounting policy for local and foreign personnel.

Using the HRB system, North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC) calculates salaries for several thousand employees. The system fully complies with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Customer’s internal regulations.
