ERP System Implementation Consultant

RBC Group has an open vacancy for an ERP System Implementation Consultant

Tasks:

• Working with client representatives to collect and analyze information about the business process being automated.
• Assisting the Client in setting and detailing tasks, adjusting and agreeing on tasks and implemented business process models.
• Software installation, configuration, and design.
• Writing interfaces connecting new software with products used by the Client.
• Performing system/platform support, creating new programs, functions, and modules that meet the Client’s needs.
• Testing the software product, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Participating in training sessions and software demonstrations for the Client. Independent organization of training and educational courses for Client representatives, working with users.

Required knowledge and skills:

• Higher education (technical, economic); additional education in finance is a plus.
• Preferable – second higher education (economics, finance, management).
• 2-3 years of experience in implementing automated enterprise management systems (ERP), implementing and supporting business-oriented software (financial and accounting programs, etc.).
• Knowledge of accounting and taxation.
• Knowledge and understanding of business process mechanisms (sales, procurement of goods and services).
• Knowledge of DBMS – database management systems (SQL, ORACLE, etc.).
• Knowledge of programming languages (C++, SQL).
• Programming and software configuration skills.
• Working with Databases (support, administration).
• Working with users (interaction and training).
