RBC Solutions BIP (Bank Interface Program)

RBC Solutions BIP (Bank Interface Program) is a modern solution developed by RBC Group specifically for ERP systems to work with bank-client software of any banks. It is designed to export payments from Infor FMS SunSystems, MS Dynamics Navision, MS Dynamics Axapta, SAP, Scala, IFS, Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and other accounting systems into various bank clients, as well as to import, process, and reconcile bank statements.

RBC Solutions BIP solves the problem of enterprises working with multiple banks regarding data export from the used ERP system to multiple bank clients correspondingly, without having the means to organize data exchange with their accounting systems. This is especially true when the financial system in use is difficult to modify or when the bank client works exclusively with its own file formats.

RBC Solutions BIP analyzes bank statements, processes the received information, and automatically prepares and formats data for uploading into the ERP system. The screen shown illustrates downloaded bank statements in the upper part of the window and data prepared for uploading into the ERP system in the lower part. Users can review the prepared transactions in the exact format accounting entries will take in the company’s general ledger, and supplement any missing data. Before uploading, BIP controls the generated information and highlights unfilled mandatory fields in red for user convenience.

An additional interface convenience is the ability to export parsed statements to Excel in the form of accounting operations, including account codes, operation descriptions, amounts, and analytical attributes.
