RBC Group has completed the implementation of QlikView analytical system at Rakhat JSC

RBC Group Kazakhstan announces new implementation of QlikView analytical system at the biggest confectionery factory in Kazakhstan – Rakhat JSC. The system enables to manage key performance indicators of the factory activity. Within this project the factory has gained a new kind of powerful BI tool that helps to drive faster analysis across all company activities.

The implementation project of analytical system at Rakhat JSC became a logical continuation of innovative activity performed by the enterprise management on improving the efficiency of business processes at confectionery factory. Within the frame of the project the works which allowed to consolidate financial and management data from over 7-accounting systems was carried out. On the first stage this provided an overall picture of the factory’s activity and a greater insight into sales management, inventory management and mutual settlements with contractors.

Obtained data enables the company management and its employees to have relevant and accurate data in real-time, analyze information using modern BI tools of the QlikView platform. Earlier the company was using standard MS Excel tools for analysis, which significantly limited the ability of rapid response to changes in the circumstances of fast-growing data volume.

As a platform for business analysis system was chosen QlikView solution, benefits of which included:

Kazakhstan Company RBC Group has been chosen as an Implementation Partner. The company’s specialists were able to visualize all the possibilities of QlikView platform during demonstration.

At the first stage of the project RBC Group employees have developed analytical applications for sales analysis, contractors, inventory and nomenclatures balances, plan vs. fact analysis, settlements with contractors, multicurrency accounting, “what if” analysis tool for forecasting.

In particular, data from information systems “Parus” and several instances of “1C: Enterprise” have been consolidated into the QlikView platform.
