Training

End user training is one of the RBC Group activities.

Our specialists provide standard training sessions for end users in accordance with the qualification level and specialization of the trainees. As a rule, such sessions include an overview of the system functionality and modules, training of end users to work with the system, solving a number of practical issues; it can be continued with more advanced study of a certain module in accordance with the system settings etc, as per customers’ request.

In addition, RBC Group provides trainings for IT professionals that are aimed to advance their skills for training of end-users within the customer’s company, supporting and developing the system independently.

Trainings can be conducted both for the end-user groups and for individuals. Available languages: Russian, English.
