RBC Group performs localization of Infor FMS SunSystems at Hilton hotels chain in the territory of the former CIS countries, Ukraine, the Baltic States and Europe.

RBC Group carries out localization project, provides training and technical support for Russian-speaking users of Infor FMS SunSystems 4 a Hilton hotels chain located across the CIS countries, Ukraine, the Baltics and Europe. As part of Hilton hotels chain management decision to implement the global financial and business management solution – Infor FMS SunSystems 4 at hotels located across the former CIS, Ukraine, the Baltic states and the near abroad, TRG Inernational becomes a partner responsible for the implementation. RBC Group has been chosen to deliver a localization of the solution, as well as providing user training and support services in most countries where the system is planned to be implemented, based on their many years of experience in implementing, localizing and supporting Infor FMS SunSystems.

RBC Group provides is‘t customers with enteprise accounting installation, and integration with local accounting and tax accounting programs, in accordance with the settings of the general architecture of the implemented global solution. In addition, RBC Group specialists train and support Russian-speaking users of the system.

The banking interface developed by RBC Group, known as RBC Solution BIP has been also implemented at Hilton Prague and Hilton Prague Old Town hotels (Czech Republic).

Project example:

Implementation and localization of Infor FMS SynSystems at Hilton Double Tree Minsk (Belarus) included the setting of the following SunSystems modules: General Leadger, Purchasing, Inventory, Sales as well as Banking interface that includes localized reporting and interfaces with internal and local accounting programs from the hotel owner’s side.

Infor FMS SunSystems has naturally taken the central place among the variety of softwares installed at the Customer to carry out all accounting operations of the hotel business.

Employees of Hilton Double Tree Minsk were provided with the training on how to work with Infor FMS SunSystems and improved their skills in working with the system by performing the testing of system functionality.

The customer was provided with the automation of interaction between all areas of accounting and data transfer to the enterprise accounting within 2 days given at the end of the period.
