Gartner\u2019s Magic Quadrant report is an ideal way to understand what the market looks like for the year ahead. Qlik is in the Leaders quadrant for the 7th consecutive year based on completeness of vision and ability to execute.<\/p>\n

According to the report the business intelligence and analytics platform market’s shift from IT-led reporting to modern business-led analytics is now mainstream.<\/p>\n

Since this year the rating methods of companies and their products has been amended. According to business needs, in preparing the report, Gartner has started to pay a lot more attention to the possibilities of using analysis and visualization \/self-service tools  that enable managers to work with data and generate reports by their own, not involving IT department.<\/p>\n

Evaluation criteria of BI platforms have also been changed. Products requiring active participation of IT professionals to work with, having complicated procedures for loading and modeling data, or those  that requires involving developers to make the system work properly have not been admitted to the final part of the ranking procedure.<\/p>\n
